1. Payment in full is to be made to Central Auto Parts & Equipment hereon on or before the 20th day of the month following the date of delivery of goods (such date hereinafter referred to as the due date).
  2. Interest is payable at the rate of 2% per month on any amount outstanding upon the due date up to and including the date of payment thereof.
  3. Goods remain the property of the vendor until paid for in full.
  4. Goods procured or indented on your behalf are 100% non-returnable and will not be accepted for credit.
  5. Goods returned for credit must be received within 21 days of invoice date, with Central Auto Parts & Equipment invoice number quoted. Goods MUST be in the same condition as when dispatched. Damaged or contaminated goods will not be credited and will be returned freight forward. All goods returned could be subject to a handling charge of up to 25%.
  6. All goods despatched are forwarded at customer’s risk. Any insurance against loss and liability for loss is customer’s care.
  7. The goods shall be wholly at the purchaser’s risk from the time of delivery into the purchaser’s care or control BUT ownership and title to the goods remain with the vendor until the purchase price and all other monies owing by the purchaser to the vendor in respect of the goods have been paid notwithstanding that the goods may have been given into the purchaser’s possession and, if required, the purchaser shall store the goods in such a way that they can be identified as belonging to the vendor. Until such payment for the goods is made in full the purchaser shall hold the goods for the company as its bailee and agent but without power to raise money on the security of the goods and the vendor shall have the right of immediate repossession of the goods.
  8. If any of the goods are sold or otherwise disposed of by the purchaser before ownership in title pass in accordance with Clause 1 hereof, then the purchaser shall hold the proceeds of such sale or disposition upon trust for the vendor and shall be accountable for such proceeds until the purchase price and other monies owing by the customer to the company in respect of the goods shall have been paid in full.
